Kirby Grange Music Visit

Last Monday staff and residents at Kirby Grange participated in a LeafBug Interactive Workshop and were given the opportunity to try out a variety of percussion instruments.  

LeafBug Workshops provide entertainment in a variety of health care settings such as nursing homes, hospitals, dementia units, learning disability units and children’s centres. Each workshop is run by a team of musically talented individuals that are experienced in various health conditions, allowing them to tailor the needs of each group. 

The LeafBug team did a fantastic job of encouraging our residents to sing along and join in with the fun.  We all thoroughly enjoyed the workshop and are looking forward to welcoming LeafBug back to Kirby Grange in the near future.
