A personal message from the owners of Kirby Grange Care Home, Geoff and Zo Butcher.

“Our family has owned the wonderful Kirby Grange Care Home in Botcheston, Leicester for over eighteen years and we have over 22 years’ experience in the care industry. We regularly visit all our homes and are in constant communication with management, staff and the families of residents.

With the support of our excellent care team and our daughter Hannah and son Michael, we aim to provide the highest quality care for everyone and work endlessly to ensure every need and requirement is catered for.

Since we have taken it over, the family community and home-from-home environment at Kirby Grange Care Home has really developed, so you can be sure of an incredibly welcoming and supportive environment. We are regularly recommended for residential care due to being incomparable to other care homes in the Botcheston and Leicester area and we aspire to be Leicestershire’s most sought-after care home.

As a family business we are passionate about providing a welcoming and positive environment alongside exceptional quality, person-centred care. With our team, we work hard to maximise the happiness and wellbeing of all Kirby Grange Care Home residents. We are committed to investing in the training and development of all our staff, knowing that by doing so our staff can provide care of the highest standard.

Our Registered Manager Laura Davies works closely with Deputy Manager Maria Warner to ensure that the running of everyday life at the home is seamless. Our Senior Carers have the experience and skills to manage each shift, ensuring truly exceptional care is delivered minute by minute, hour by hour.

As a family, we are all individually committed to ensuring we are providing the best possible care, and residents and relatives can contact us immediately and personally to discuss any issues or questions.”
